A book made of grass

As part of an initiative to support Irish farming, the advertising agency Rothco and the Allied Irish Banks (AIB) have published the first book to be completely made of grass. The book's pages were grown rather than printed. The book is the highpoint of a campaign lasting several years to increase the use of grass in Irish livestock farming and it contains some very real lessons on profitable, sustainable farming. AIB has supported further training programs for Irish farmers for many years and hopes to use the campaign to transfer knowledge in social networks and at events too.
